I have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient community mental health for adults & children, substance use treatment programs, dual diagnosis residential, private practice, and inpatient/emergency units. My goal is to provide a safe space building trust and developing a collaborative relationship with my patients. Through this we can identify treatment goals and formulate a plan to improve quality of life, functioning, and overall well-being. My approach is holistic, often including a combination of medication and psychotherapy. I am comfortable working with a variety of clients but particularly enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and women's mental health issues.
