You deserve to feel like yourself.

Let’s get started.

Whether you are searching for answers, looking to simply feel better, or seeking to maintain balance you’ve already achieved, you have support.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing holistic and patient-centered care is at the heart of what I do. My approach is warm, empathetic, trauma-informed, and evidenced based. We are not our symptoms and as such deserve to be treated as a whole person. We are shaped and effected by every aspect of our life and this cannot be overlooked when addressing our mental health.

DIAGNOSIS, EDUCATION, RESOURCES

Information collected in the initial assessment and each session after is used to formulate diagnoses guided by DSM-V criteria. With this we can begin to better understand your mental health and the issues impacting your life and provide accurate information and resources specific to your needs.

“Mental health problems don’t define who you are. They are something you experience. You walk in the rain and you feel the rain, but, importantly, you are not the rain.”

-Matt Haig
